Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from our Diani store. Enjoy reliable delivery with tracking to ensure your items arrive safely.

Ensuring your items arrive quickly and in excellent condition is our top priority. For international shipments, we use global couriers like DHL and Aramex. Within Kenya, we provide shipping through Wells Fargo, G4S, or any other courier preferred by the client.

With each order, you’ll receive a tracking number. Typically, parcels arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

We charge a $35 flat rate for worldwide shipping.

Please consider international orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by Aramex or DHL directly to arrange payment. Mbanga Boutique cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

For deliveries within Kenya, rates vary by county and are based on the local courier selected by the client.

Returns and Refund

 

We want you to be satisfied with your Mbanga Boutique purchase. If for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Please note that items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Mbanga Boutique does not issue cash refunds on return. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the purchase, we can offer you a credit that can be used to purchase a different item.

Replacement sizes are subject to stock availability. 

Please note that if an item is customized to your size/style according to your request, we will not exchange it.
